Krista Nerland

Krista is a lawyer at Olthuis Kleer Townshend LLP. Her practice focuses advancing Indigenous jurisdiction, Aboriginal rights, treaty rights and Aboriginal title through litigation. Krista has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, and at the Supreme Court of Canada. She received J.D. at the University of Toronto, and also holds an M.A. and B.A. (Hons) from McGill. Before joining Olthuis, Kleer Townshend LLP, Krista served as a law clerk for the Honourable Justice Rosalie Abella at the Supreme Court of Canada. Krista is called to the bars of Ontario and the Northwest Territories.
