Jacob Klugsberg is a litigator at Ross Nasseri. Jacob has extensive experience advising individuals and corporations on a wide variety of matters including contractual disputes, real property disputes, fraud/misrepresentation claims, class actions, appeals, shareholder disputes, regulatory and public law matters, professional negligence claims, and parliamentary investigations and inquiries.
Jacob has acted for clients at all levels of Court including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Jacob has been part of the Lawyer as Negotiator teaching team since 2019.
