Paul Dollak

Over the course of more than 30 years of practice, Paul Dollak has acted as lead counsel in cases involving commercial law, wrongful dismissal, condominium litigation, personal injury, bankruptcy, estates litigation, family law, international law, malpractice, real estate, constitutional law, and administrative law. This work has included representing clients in countless trials, appeals, motions, and applications before various courts, including Ontario’s provincial courts, superior courts, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
