Leslie Dizgun is a Partner at Himelfarb Proszanski LLP. Mr. Dizgun is an experienced advocate in corporate, commercial litigation and employment law matters. He also maintains a successful mediation and arbitration practice. He has received his Master of Laws degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School and is co-author of a book on Mediation Advocacy: Effective Client Representation. Mr. Dizgun has previously taught Civil Procedure; the capstone colloquium in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and the Administration of Justice; and Dispute Settlement at Osgoode Hall Law School of York University. Mr. Dizgun has also trained Superior Court Judges in effective Settlement Conference practices for the National Judicial Institute, and is on the teaching faculty of the Advocates Society.
Mr. Dizgun is a frequent speaker and instructor on advocacy and alternative dispute resolution topics at continuing education programs offered by the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, The Canadian Institute, and the Advocates Society.
