“The Conflict Coaching at the OMC was a meaningful experience as it helped me see the conflict I was dealing with from various points of view and consider different approaches to it. The work with my coach was excellent due to the trust we built and the shared focus on developing my flexibility and style of communication. Through the coaching, I have gained tools that I will use in the future, beyond the specific case with which I came to the OMC. I’m thankful for receiving this service, which was professional, friendly, and free.”
